Returns
At Thomas Hoeffgen Store, each print is produced with care and attention to detail. Due to the limited edition nature of some artworks and our made-to-order process, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described.
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact me at t@thomashoeffgen.com and I’ll be happy to help resolve the matter.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that your print arrives damaged or defective, a replacement will be sent free of charge. Please email clear photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery so I can process your replacement quickly.
If the print has sold out and a replacement is unavailable, you will be issued a full refund.
Lost Orders
If your order is lost in transit and cannot be located by the courier, a replacement print will be sent at no additional cost.
Mockups and Photographs
Please note that all images of prints displayed in room settings or framed mockups are for illustrative purposes only, to help you visualize the artwork in a space. Before purchasing, please double-check the sizing and refer to the image variants for an accurate representation.
